Production Associate I

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate I to join our team. As a Production Associate I, you will be responsible for various tasks including manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping of our products. You will work closely with the team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality production output and process efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work procedures, schematics, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
- Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets
- Maintain daily production output and ensure compliance with all EHS and Quality policies and procedures
- Participate in quality control inspections and work with the team to improve quality and process efficiency
- Collaborate with co-workers and leadership to communicate effectively and ensure smooth operations
- Be open to additional duties as assigned, including participation in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams
- Comply with all EHS regulations and policies

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent, or 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team environment
