Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telecom, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, is seeking a Production Training Specialist Coordinator for a long-term temp-hire contract at one of our Global Medical Device Robotics & Digital Solutions clients located in Santa Clara, CA. A global leader in surgery with products and solutions found in almost every operating room around the world. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire, long-term career growth opportunity.

Job Details:
- The Production Training Specialist Coordinator supports, sustains, and provides administrative support to manufacturing personnel to ensure the organization is utilizing procedures to leverage the appropriate methodology relevant to the different operations they support. Furthermore, supports skills development through training, certification, and coaching.
- The production training specialist will support the manufacturing leadership training team.
- This is an entry to a developing individual contributor who works under close supervision.
- Help implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Manufacturing Assembly strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Manufacturing Assembly field to carry out procedures and plans for the specified areas.
- Maintains policies and procedures, quality records, and external certifications. Helps meet customers' expectations for quality through timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinates the performance of audits to assess compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
- Helps support training audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Furthermore, maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Key responsibilities:
- Ensures all manufacturing personnel are assessed and trained to corresponding specifications/procedures using documents, materials, and tools as provided in the applicable training curricula.
- Executes and/or coordinates training plans for assigned production areas aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Partners with people leaders and management to evaluate the effectiveness of current training practices; Helps in the identification of skills and/or training needs on which efforts should be focused to improve site training efficiency and personnel proficiency.
- Subscribes to the training curriculums and all applicable documents related to designated areas of responsibility; Maintains knowledge and skills in all production operations manufacturing processes within areas of responsibility.
- Maintains training reports and records training matrixes, logbooks, reports .
- Attends production meetings of designated areas on a regular basis as needed.
- Conducts New Hire Orientation as needed; ensures onboarding curriculum is adequate for new hires ability to perform on-the-job duties
- Must be able to work flexible schedules occasionally to accommodate training and delivery needs. Between the hours of 6 am – 5 pm, an hour shift
