Shifts: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4PM $19/hr
Monday-Thursday 4PM-2AM $20/hr
Fri-Sun(Weekends) 6AM-6PM $21/hr 
Fri-Sun 6PM-6AM $22/hr 

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will examine products for defects and deviations from specifications, ensuring that we exceed customer expectations. This role involves evaluating and re-evaluating company-wide processes that affect individual label quality.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect products prior to secondary finishing or shipping.
• Measure products using rulers, micrometers, spectrophotometers, loupes, and other tools to ensure conformance with order specifications.
• Verify required documentation and report any failures to the Quality Supervisor.
• Accept or reject finished items based on inspection results.
• Segregate rejected items to remove them from the workflow and prevent shipment.
• Provide feedback on all findings to the Quality Supervisor.
• Complete reports as required by customers, including Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Compliance.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; specialized classes beyond high school are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in printing or press experience.
• A keen eye for color and the ability to distinguish between minimal color variances.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create simple correspondence and memos.
• Moderate experience using computers for data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and effectively use measuring devices.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:

• Frequent exposure to a manufacturing environment with one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions, including exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels, and chemicals (51% to 80% of work time).
• Constantly required to hear, speak, articulate, and use manual dexterity.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use color vision, grasp, reach, and sit for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.
