This harvest season, we're looking for reliable and hard-working Production Worker to join our seasonal team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Sorting ears of corn on a moving conveyor belt—removing waste and returning cobs for re-husking as needed

Identifying off-types: mold, insects, immature ears, crop debris, etc.

Keeping your station and work area clean throughout the shift

Working safely and following all PPE and safety procedures

Reporting any equipment issues, safety concerns, or near-miss incidents

Collaborating with team leaders and supervisors as needed

Participating in safety investigations if required
Location: On-site at Corteva Agriscience
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 42 hours/week — 3x12-hour days + 1x6-hour day
Shifts:

Front Half Team: Sunday–Tuesday (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) & Wednesday (6:00 AM–12:00 PM)

Back Half Team: Wednesday (12:00 PM–6:00 PM) & Thursday–Saturday (6:00 AM–6:30 PM)
