Job Title: Construction Project Administrator
Location: West Jordan UT
Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: 40/hr plus full benefits (medical, dental, PTO and holiday pay)

Job Purpose:
Join our dynamic team as a Projects Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects through excellent organizational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project reports and programs as needed.
- Update and manage entries related to complaints and supplier issues for prompt resolution.
- Maintain and organize files to ensure seamless project operations.
- Archive important information efficiently and accurately.
- Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and training events.
- Prepare essential documentation and presentations.
- Record and distribute minutes from internal and client meetings.
- Track and follow up on action points from meetings.
- Help refine our Project Management Delivery Process.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Projects team.
- Provide overall administration support, adhering to Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
- Keep spreadsheets updated, including the Project Engineer whereabouts and commissioning records.
- Maintain the Projects team holiday planner.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy administrative role in the construction industry.
- Advanced IT proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of Project Management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project software.
- Experience in an engineering environment.
- Trustworthy, professional, and well-organized.
- Independent worker with a high standard of work output.
- Quick learner, open to feedback and taking initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with resilience in difficult situations.
- Flexible and team-oriented with the capability to multitask under pressure.
