Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$50-55 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Hybrid Model: In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday), Remote (Wednesday & Friday)- 40 hours per week

What's a typical day as Project Controls Coordinator II? You'll be:
• Providing overall project cost management, including forecasting and variance analysis of field and internal project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting in-depth analyses to inform project progress and enable proactive communication to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities.
• Collaborating with contractors to deliver training and support for EcoSys LEMs (Labor, Equipment, and Materials), ensuring accurate rates and estimates.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a diploma, degree, or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have field experience and a background in construction related to cost and scheduling controls of multi-discipline projects.
• Possess industrial construction experience and interfaces with the Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution, and Commissioning phases of the project, which are highly desirable.
• Have a general understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and high proficiency with MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• Have software experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle or SAP.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• EcoSys experience is a plus.
