Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30-$33/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite, Abilene, TX

What's a typical day as Project Coordinator? You'll be:
• Responsible for job prepping, including creating Plans of Day (POD) and Service Requests, and managing parts ordering and tooling. This position reports to the Project Manager.
• Conduct job closures by debriefing hours and parts within 21 days of job completion, analyzing and approving invoices, and alerting Project Managers of any discrepancies.
• Provide project support by assisting field teams and Project Managers to meet standard cycle times and serving as the main point of contact when the Project Manager is unavailable.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 4+ years of Project Management experience, with the ability to connect and communicate across all levels of internal colleagues and stakeholders.
• Possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in other MS Office programs such as Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management (preferred). High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
