Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Learning and Development for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients and is a remote position. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Immunology Project Coordinator - Learning and Development

This position is supporting Learning and Development in the following Therapeutic areas: gastroenterology, dermatology, and rheumatology. Will be working in tandem with leadership of the Immunology Learning and Development group to refine and enhance internal learning modules and performance enhancement/professional development plans. Does not need to be a subject matter expert but needs to have science background as a solid foundation for learning the specifics of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting L&D team with Resource management, modules or recordings, readings and updating SharePoint and maintaining various projects in coordination with leadership.
  • Will assist with defined goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the team.
  • Assist in developing processes and revamping clinical curriculum with guidance from leadership, no curriculum design but will handle some pull through from other groups
  • Assist with Minor modifications and building out platforms and L&D content
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and/or L&D content

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required in science
  • Project management exposure is a big plus
  • Must have Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Solid MS Office/SharePoint skills are required
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
  • Very strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and prioritize tasks according to broad project goals

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Qualified candidates will possess the following skills: performance driven, sense of urgency, strategic thinking, collaboration, team oriented, self-awareness, adaptability.
  • Learning management systems experience is a plus
  • L&D nice to have/adult learning/learning management programs
  • Know med affairs, be strategic thinkers
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
