Join our dynamic team as a Contractor Advanced Operations (AO) Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of New Project Introductions (NPIs). Job Specifications:
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT
- Pay Rate: $74.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of project charters and comprehensive project plans for NPIs.
- Direct and manage multi-disciplinary teams, evaluating tradeoffs to optimize project success.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to refine project scope and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Analyze critical paths and major work streams to maintain project timelines.
- Develop and oversee risk management plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Partner with the project team to define and implement ROI strategies.
- Estimate, acquire, and assign resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Provide performance feedback to functional managers for project team members.
- Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables are clearly defined and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate logistics for onsite programs, including materials, travel, catering, and facilitator scheduling.
- Support program execution and provide administrative assistance for AO-led training sessions, including calendar management, registration, communications, and attendance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in project management or related fields.
- Previous experience in the medical devices industry is highly preferred.
