About the Role:
Seeking a proactive, organized professional to support our Project Manager and Engineer in a dynamic construction environment. This is a perfect opportunity for a former foreman with electrical experience, who is well spoken, tech-savvy, and eager to help drive projects to successful completion.
 
Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day construction operations
• Work on submittals and order parts/plans as needed for all project phases
• Manage project communications and documentation using Outlook and Blue Beam
• Assist with project planning and execution, bringing strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance and support field-to-office coordination
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships while working with a Type A boss
• Maintain order and documentation for multiple ongoing projects

Requirements

• Prior experience as a foreman in construction
• Electrical experience is essential
• Well spoken and able to communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
• Highly tech-savvy; comfortable with Outlook, Blue Beam, and standard office tools
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and typical workflow
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, able to keep projects and paperwork on track
• Able to collaborate positively with a driven and demanding manager
• Reliable, trustworthy, and easy to get along with
• Onsite interview required
