Purchasing Coordinator – Jacksonville, FL

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.  
This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  Employees also receive annual performance reviews. 

Title: Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Jacksonville (32256), onsite
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift,
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Job Description:

• Places and tracks purchase orders for Operations Support Works with Operations Support personnel and vendors to clear invoice mismatches
• Work with the Operations Support finance partner
• Assist Operations Support Coordinators at managers discretion
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an Associate s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
• Ability to prioritize tasks is required
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment is required
• Must be willing and able to work on-site Monday-Friday
