What's a typical day as a QA Technician? You'll be:
• Sampling raw meat materials (both frozen and fresh) and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Registering sampled materials and controlling information for accurate reporting.
• Conducting sensory analysis of materials and monitoring temperature conditions.
• Reviewing and reporting the condition of transport units to maintain quality during transit.
• Performing data entry for daily activities in the laboratory system (SAP).
• Monitoring conditions, sanitizing, and cleaning operative areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Controlling, registering, and monitoring sampling room temperatures.
• Sampling and releasing finished products for distribution.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1 to 3 years of prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years of relevant lab technician experience (food industry experience is a plus).
• Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
