Job Title: Quality Inspector (2)
Location: Bradenton, FL
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50-$21.63
Schedule: 1 position on First Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-230pm, 1 position on Second Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required



Responsibilities:

  • Inspect processing areas to ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, quality, and waste management standards.
  • Document and monitor equipment cleaning.
  • Open and close processing and packaging lines, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Verify raw materials and components for compliance with production requirements.
  • Issue printed packaging components to the packaging line.
  • Conduct in-process testing, including organoleptic evaluation, weight variation, loss on drying, and water activity.
  • Collect and prepare in-process and finished product samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Review material consumption accuracy and document deviations.
  • Ensure corrective actions are carried out as necessary.
  • Maintain, monitor, and clean work areas in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns and findings.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of cGMP quality experience
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
