Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00/hr Shift: 8am-4:30pm What's a typical day as Document Coordinator? You'll be:- Serving as departmental liaison for Quality Management, Shipping/Receiving, and Manufacturing
- Receiving products into the laboratory and staging them for testing
- Visually inspecting the integrity of container/closure systems and lot/batch codes for correctness
- Distributing product samples for analysis to chemists, technicians, and microbiologists
- Updating log books, checking calculations, and reviewing reports of analysis for accuracy
- Assessing data quickly to identify missing entries and updating trend analysis on products
- Maintaining and filing electronic reports, collecting and documenting retain samples, and managing retain areas
- Pulling retain samples for investigations and managing shipment of analytical samples to outsource laboratories
- Complying with company SOPs and safety policies, and performing additional duties as assigned
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Possess previous work experience in food, drug, dietary supplement, and/or cosmetic manufacturing (preferred)
- Have sit-down propane forklift experience (required)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate
- Are proficient with document control software and Microsoft Office
- Understand cGMPs, 21CFR111, 210, 211, ISO, GLPs, and SOPs- (preferred)
- Can follow written procedures and comprehend mathematics
- Are able to work independently and as part of a team
- Can safely lift up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use manual dexterity for testing equipment
- Adhere to laboratory safety standards and proper use of PPE
