Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to work at a premier organization in Columbia, SC. Sound like something you're interested in? Pay Rate:
$15.00/HR.  Contract to hire.

Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

What's a typical day as a Quality Assurance Analyst? You'll be:
• Performing quality control audits and monitoring departmental operations functions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Providing feedback and coaching to operations and training areas based on quality assessments to facilitate additional training as needed.
• Identifying areas of weakness and communicating recommendations for improvements in training materials and processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience in claims processing, customer service, auditing, training, analysis, or operations.
• Possess strong analytical, customer service, and organizational skills, along with basic business math proficiency.
• Are effective in written and verbal communication and can document processes and identify areas for improvement.
