Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator
Schedule: Wed-Sat or Thu-Sat 7:00am-7:00pm (Wednesday's rotate)
Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Role Summary
The Quality Control Specialist supports continuousimprovement and compliance initiatives across our distribution center. Working closely with operations and senior leadership, you will analyze data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions to meet key service and quality objectives for both the organization and its customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Program Support – Coordinate day?to?day quality?control activities to meet internal and client targets.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Extract, validate, and interpret data from warehouse?management and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or equivalent) to highlight issues and recommend improvements.
  • Performance Presentations – Prepare clear, executive?level presentations that translate operational data into actionable insights for senior management and customers.
  • Issue Investigation – Systematically research customer complaints, quality incidents, and alerts using multiple business systems; drive root?cause analysis and resolutions.
  • Daily Monitoring – Review distribution?center transactions to spot anomalies and ensure prompt corrective action.
  • Documentation – Produce concise reports, correspondence, and quality summaries that adhere to professional standards.
Essential Qualifications (willing to train)
  • Education: High?school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Solid analytical, problem?solving, and organizational abilities.
    • Working knowledge of data?collection and statistical methods.
    • Familiarity with distribution?center or logistics operations preferred.
    • Experience with SAP is a plus. 
  • Compliance: Must pass all required background checks and drug/alcohol screenings.
  • Safety: Ability to understand and follow all safety guidelines and precautions.
