Quality Assurance Specialist
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Quality Assurance Specailist for our client a top consumer product company in Fort Washington, PA. Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Length of assignment: Until the end of 2025 may extend into 2026
Pay: $36.50-38.75 depending on experience
This role requires you supply your own lap top device.

Responsibilities 

  • Sampling and inspection of chemical components, bulk products, containers and closure, labeling and packaging materials.
  • Use of electronic gauges
  • Provide support in process improvements and SOP modifications.
  • Provides support to audits and audit observation resolution.
  • Prepare samples including labeling and deliver samples to the laboratory for testing.
  • Utilize tools within MS office and other systems to improve business effectiveness
  • Exposure to electronic batch records and/or other automated processes/systems (labs).
  • Basic SAP or ERP system knowledge; including other relevant systems per role.
  • Provides daily QA support to warehouse, bulk manufacturing and packaging lines, including workorder evaluation.
  • Performs or supports activities related to Batch Record Review, Raw Material, Bulk,
  • Performs or supports activities related Line Audits, Line or Area Cleaning Verifications.
  • Generates and examines documentation regularly for inconsistencies, gaps or errors.
  • Supports to maintain documents retention schedule and file completed documents to the applicable areas.
  • Participate in all trainings.and Ensure all trainings are completed on-time.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical and or OTC  management or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail to monitor and scrutinize internal and external documents
