Kelly Science has an immediate opening for a Compliance and Quality Systems Associate
Full-time 
M-F 8a-5p
6 month contract
$24-$30/hr DOE

Are you ready to lead compliance efforts with strategic finesse and tactical precision? Join us in our Compliance and Quality Systems organization, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence within our sites.

Role Overview:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate site systems & processes, influencing stakeholders towards compliance enhancements.
  • Support Inspections: Assist in inspections by clients, internal assessors, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination: Manage activities related to QA Walkthroughs, Self-Inspections, Internal Audits, and external inspections.
  • Inspection Readiness: Support preparation, planning, and execution of inspections and audit readiness activities.
  • Logistics Support: Actively aid the Logistics Center during external audits/inspections.
  • Documentation Coordination: Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of crucial regulatory/client documents.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely completion of actions, aligning with cGMPs and SOPs.
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in compliance and quality systems projects across various teams.
  • Reporting: Provide routine reports for regulatory documentation and inspection support.
  • Cross-Training: Be prepared to provide backup support within the Compliance and Quality Systems team.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about regulatory and industry trends, sharing insights with colleagues.
  • Training and Education: Contribute to the training and guidance on quality and compliance practices.

Requirements:

Minimum:

  • Expertise in GMP and pharmaceutical operations.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, and intranet usage.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science/technical field.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance/regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience with regulatory inspections.
