Quality Engineer will provide support and execution of quality, continuous improvement, and support organizational activities with an effort to improve the quality management system, while also improving efficiency and compliancy of manufactured components. A Quality Team member who embraces change and focuses on continuous organizational improvements that further enhance the customer experience with the company's products and services.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Work directly across departments to develop quality processes and work instructions
• Complete non-conformance corrective actions reports and root cause analysis working with team members to identify root cause to failures and implementation of corrective actions
• Ensures the team is working in accordance with product specification to ensure minimization of defects. Audit processes and product quality to ensure adherence
• Responsible for managing data and logs to capture non-conformance information to drive analysis, problem solving, and corrective actions for failures.
• Execute the development of standard operating procedures, work instructions and documents as required to drive organizational improvements 
• Perform Internal Audits of the Quality Management System to ensure adherence to processes.
• Perform Supplier Audits in coordination with the Supply Chain team
• Perform the Incoming Inspection of material in coordination with Logistics and Engineering.

Quality Engineer Requirements:

• BS Degree in a technical discipline
• 2+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
