Quality Inspector – 3rd Shift
Milford, CT | $25.08/hour | Sun–Thurs, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM
(Training on 1st shift for first 4 weeks)
Join a global leader in consumer product manufacturing! Kelly® is hiring a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet top-tier quality and safety standards in a fast-paced, automated environment.
What You'll Do:
• Perform hourly quality checks using microscopes and precision tools
• Complete traceability paperwork for molded components
• Monitor and document quality control metrics
• Communicate with forklift operators and assembly teams to identify non-conformances
• Follow complex procedures and maintain shift reports
You Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in automated production environments
• Ability to lift 15–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and math skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Must pass a molding operator exam
