Location: Columbus, GA (Fully onsite across 2 sites within 5 miles)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional extended hours/weekend coverage support may be required)

Kelly Science & Clinical is partnering with an innovative healthcare logistics and medical supply organization to fill a Quality Manager role at their Columbus, GA facility. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality professional ready to drive compliance, foster people development, and strengthen Quality Systems across two growing sites.

About the Company

Our client provides end-to-end supply chain solutions including kitting, print and promo sourcing, inventory management, courier services, temperature control, and biostorage. With operations across the U.S. and Ireland, they're rapidly expanding and creating opportunities for driven professionals to grow with them.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional Quality team across 2 Columbus, GA facilities

  • Provide oversight of QMS, documentation systems, and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP)

  • Guide and support team members on CAPAs, Non-Conformances, SCARs, Complaints, and Investigations

  • Drive internal audits and maintain readiness for external inspections

  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to meet quality goals and ensure consistent product compliance

  • Manage and coach 2 direct Quality Supervisors and provide leadership for a team of 5+

  • Participate in Management Review meetings, track and report Quality metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner with leadership to develop scalable quality systems for future growth

Your Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 3+ years in a Quality leadership role in a regulated environment (Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare Logistics)
    OR

  • 5+ years of QA leadership experience with proven success managing people and systems

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and QMS programs

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Proficient in coaching and developing talent across multiple quality areas

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
