Shift: M-F | 8am-5pm

Position Overview:
Responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to align with regulatory standards and customer expectations. Focuses on preventative strategies, audits, document control, supplier quality, and product quality. Leads and mentors the Quality team to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance the QMS following regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, EPA).
- Manage audit programs and document control accuracy.
- Oversee supplier quality management and product quality initiatives.
- Conduct and lead CAPAs, root cause analysis and risk assessments.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure quality processes are integrated.
- Promote continuous improvement with lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Prepare and present quality reports and support audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7 years in quality, with 3 years in leadership roles in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in analytical techniques like HPLC and GC, and quality systems.
- Experience in auditing, CAPA, and change control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; certifications such as ASQ CQE or Six Sigma are advantageous.
Work Environment:
- Based at Plainfield, IN manufacturing facility.
- Occasional off-hours and travel may be required.
- Involves exposure to chemical manufacturing environments.
