Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23/hr.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What's a typical day as a Quality Technician? You'll be:
- Performing Receiving, In-process, and Final Inspections to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Conducting First Article Inspections in accordance with Engineering or Customer drawings.
- Supporting Customer Source Inspections and communicating with vendors regarding quality issues and nonconformances.
- Collecting and recording Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, preparing associated reports.
- Maintaining inspection records and databases to demonstrate compliance with customer requirements.
- Supporting Quality Engineers with corrective actions and conducting training for Production personnel as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience with ISO-9001, ISO-13485, AS9100, or IATF 16949 Quality System Standards.
- Possess experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection reports and can read & interpret engineering and customer drawings.
- Are skilled in using inspection devices and tools accurately, with the ability to program automated inspection devices as applicable.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong data collection and analysis abilities.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (an Associate's degree is a plus) and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
