Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.50
Shift: 1st Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:30pm (training period).
2nd Mon-Fri 5:00pm-3:30am (regular shift)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and collect quality data on all products to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
- Perform laboratory testing using established methods.
- Conduct quality line checks to verify formulas, packaging, and production codes..
- Manage non-conforming products by isolating and documenting deviations.
- Utilize ERP system for inventory control
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility with work schedule may be required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
