Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Starting at $17/hr
What's a typical day as Receptionist I? You'll be:
• Greeting and directing incoming guests to their respective rooms with professionalism and courtesy.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Restocking coffee stations daily to maintain guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Handling front desk phone inquiries and occasionally creating and managing spreadsheets as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are flexible with your hours, including the ability to work weekends.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred but limited experience is acceptable).
