Kelly is seeking a Records Management Specialist motivated and detail-oriented individual as a Credentialing Coordinator in Corpus Christi, TX. This role is responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.

Snapshot:
Pay rate: $17.50/ hour
Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM for training which can last up to 10 weeks.
Flexible Schedule after Training (Can start anytime between 7-9AM) 
Hybrid position - fully onsite during training which can be 10-12 weeks then will go to a block schedule where work from home for 2 weeks and every 3rd week is on site.

Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions.
  • With good Excel skills
  • Data entry and/or typing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Medical terminology and/or anatomy needed
  • Comfortable working with providers and rule books and heavy Excel work
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing.
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
