Recruiter – Industrial/Warehouse Staffing
Location: Homewood (Birmingham), AL
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role

Salary: $55,000- $60,000

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, industrial/warehouse environment. You'll work closely with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a fair and engaging hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across various levels and geographic areas

  • Source, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Kelly's ATS (Bullhorn)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure consistent, equitable hiring practices

You're passionate about helping people and driven by results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships and solving challenges with urgency and energy.

You bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • High adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • A team-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
