We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter II to work remote and must be based in Illinois. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and will work closely with all levels of company management to ensure that the human resource needs are adequately met.

Pay: $45/hour
M-F 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
- Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management.
- Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
- Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
- Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general human resource policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, 4-year degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience with Workday ATS preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
