Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 8am – 5pm (Monday-Friday)

About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you'll be ensuring every step of the interview and hiring process runs smoothly. You'll manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, support recruiters and hiring managers, and provide exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple locations and time zones
  • Book meeting rooms, arrange travel, and handle logistics
  • Support hiring managers and recruiters with applicant tracking and offer documentation
  • Send assessments, track candidate progress, and assist in onboarding steps
  • Greet onsite candidates and serve as the face of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Process candidate expenses and assist with purchase order requests
  • Review requisitions for accuracy and assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or scheduling-heavy role
  • Proven ability to manage calendars, prioritize competing requests, and handle high-volume scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to pivot quickly without error
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Workday preferred
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook templates, or shared document hubs a plus
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
