Recruiting Coordinator - Hybrid

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiting Coordinator at Kelly Services, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Position: 3 days in office in Plano, TX 
Pay Rate: Starting pay $25 per hour (can be more based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
Position Type: Temp to hire

What's a typical day:
  • Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience.
  • Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Initiate and track background checks; prepare offer letters and employment agreements.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
  • Participate in compliance audits relating to the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience.
  • Have 2+ years of experience supporting fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Are a creative, critical thinker who is process-driven and constantly looking to improve candidate experiences.
  • Are incredibly organized with superb attention to detail and highly motivated.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a blend of professionalism and friendliness.
  • Can juggle multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Are committed to results and solutions-oriented.
