Job Opportunity: Technical Account Manager Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving key account strategies and promoting cutting-edge technologies within the energy sector? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical needs and requirements of key accounts.
  • Proactively promote Energy's LV/MV/HV technologies and product portfolio, spearheading projects as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Engage in proposal evaluations and participate in negotiation processes to align customer expectations.
  • Oversee deliverable requirements, ensuring they surpass customer expectations both now and in the future.
Project Execution:
  • Maintain consistency between project sales expectations and the execution of engineering, procurement, construction, and logistics.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across various industry sectors, with a strong emphasis on Renewables, DCs, and OEMs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to assist in project development.
Commercial Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends and offer insights into industry developments.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly, coordinating with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines for requests like quotations and quality complaints.
  • Create and implement lead campaign strategies through calls and emails, enhancing project development efforts.
  • Manage project coordination across the Americas, ensuring outreach to qualify potential ventures.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of industry or renewable sector experience, encompassing manufacturing, contracting, and/or electrical distribution.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Skills:
  • Proven sales expertise with a knack for meeting customer needs with tailored solutions.
  • A goal-oriented mindset paired with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and experienced in CRM software like Salesforce for managing project pipelines.
Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication skills — both oral and written.
  • Decision-making prowess coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric approach, emphasizing attentive listening.
  • Familiarity with engineering design, CAD, procurement, and construction practices.
  • Experience in executing multiple projects effectively.
