Job Posting: Risk Governance Reporting Analyst (contract Assignment)
Location: Frisco, TX 75034 (hybrid schedule 2 days onsite and 3 days from home)
Assignment Type: Temporary / Staff Augmentation
Duration: Temporary, contract role Start date ASAP – approved through September
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Structure: $46.31/hr Position Overview
We are seeking a Risk Governance Reporting Analyst to support the Key Risk Indicator (KRI) Governance Program. This position will play a critical role in managing reporting processes, tracking key issues, supporting compliance documentation, and liaising with high-level executives. This is a hands-on, business-administration-focused role requiring strong attention to detail, advanced organizational skills, and intermediate Excel proficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a shared group mailbox; respond to inquiries and track requests.
- Follow up with executives and stakeholders to collect and finalize KRI report data.
- Support the oversight and documentation of the KRI program, including policy and procedure alignment.
- Reconcile data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in KRI reports.
- Draft, edit, and provide feedback on policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports, utilizing Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Track and report on active, closed, and cancelled issues, maintaining clear and consistent documentation.
- Respond to email requests and provide necessary data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Maintain SLA reporting and other metrics to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen risk governance practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a risk-related or governance support role.
- Strong technical writing skills, especially in drafting and interpreting policies and procedures.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience working with senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to compile and analyze data from various systems for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with risk governance frameworks and basic compliance principles.
- Strong business administration skills—self-starter, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
