Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and oversee our safety operations in either the Oil & Gas or Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in safety management, facilities management, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical and operating systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 13 safety personnel, ensuring alignment with company safety objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety programs and policies tailored to our dynamic operational environments.
  • Collaborate closely with facilities management teams to maintain and enhance safety protocols.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of electrical systems to advise on and apply safety standards effectively.
  • Regularly audit and assess safety practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of experience in safety management, ideally within the Oil & Gas or Semiconductor industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams and influence cross-functional groups.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems and operational systems relevant to industry standards.
  • Strong strategic skills to develop and execute safety programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
