Photo Reviewer
Location: St. Louis
Pay Rate: 14./hr
Shift: 9am-6pm 



Position Summary:
Photo Reviewer is responsible for assessing the quality, accuracy, and compliance of in-store displays and merchandising through detailed review of photos submitted by retail specialists. This role ensures adherence to brand standards and guidelines, contributing to the effective execution of in-store marketing, product placement, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Real-Time Photo Validation: Review and validate photos submitted by retail specialists to verify that in-store displays are properly set up and comply with company and brand standards.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all products are correctly placed, visible, and available, and that all signage and promotional materials are accurately installed.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and identify opportunities for improving product presentation and display execution.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Provide detailed and constructive feedback to retail specialists, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. Generate reports for internal teams and, when needed, for clients.
  • Technology Utilization: Use mobile applications and digital platforms to access project instructions, review submissions, submit reports, and manage daily workload.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies in merchandising and product placement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering clear, actionable feedback.
  • Proficiency with mobile devices and related technology for work tasks.
  • Working knowledge of merchandising best practices, including product placement, display setup, and promotional material installation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines
