Kelly® Engineering client seeks a Sales Engineer for a B2B sales role for system integration software services for industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in industrial automation and system integration to design and implement optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to assess operations, uncover needs, and align solutions with business goals.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion, new client acquisition, and solution selling.
- Conduct engineering assessments and deliver tailored proposals that outline scope, pricing, and risk.
- Present technical solutions to both executive and engineering audiences in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing ongoing support and engagement.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and ensure CRM data accuracy for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills through proposals, presentations, and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3–5 years of successful enterprise sales and account management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Background in solution and services selling, automation solutions in manufacturing industries
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and business development; cross-selling experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage CRM tools for forecasting and reporting.
Travel: Minimal but local

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission structure. The actual salary offered will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate, and relative to salary ranges in the offering office.
