Location: The Woodlands, TX (Remote/Field-Based – Training in Beaumont)

The Community Outreach Manager is a dynamic, highly driven professional responsible for strategic business development, community relationship building, and referral source engagement to drive organizational growth. This field-based role requires strong public engagement, exceptional professionalism, and independent execution. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and enthusiastic—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities-
Strategic Business Development:

Cultivate and expand referral partnerships to meet weekly sales and growth goals.

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans supporting company objectives.

Referral Education & Engagement:
-
Conduct impactful presentations and in-service sessions for community partners and referral sources.

Maintain consistent, professional communication with partners to strengthen relationships.

Community Presence & Content Strategy:
-
Represent the company at community events to increase visibility.

Capture and share relevant content for social media to highlight community impact.

Administrative & Data Management:
-
Complete all account data entry, call logs, and quarterly sales plans.

Manage travel, expenses, and activity tracking in the company's database.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver exceptional customer service through timely callbacks, empathy, and proactive communication.

Ensure all client interactions reflect the company's mission and professionalism.

Operational Leadership:
-
Support internal operations and special projects as needed.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Develop and execute daily outreach and contact plans.
-
Conduct onsite visits and phone calls to prospective and current referral sources.

Field and manage client inquiries, connecting them to appropriate services.

Attend community events and collect relevant media for marketing purposes.

Accurately track mileage and submit reports in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community relations (healthcare industry preferred but not required).

Highly self-motivated, independent, and reliable.

Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Suites)

Positive, professional demeanor with integrity and enthusiasm.

Ability to travel frequently within the territory.

Work Location: Remote/Field-Based in The Woodlands area (training in Beaumont).

Training Period: 4–6 weeks (hybrid between Beaumont and remote).

Travel: Yes – mileage and hotel reimbursements provided when applicable.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible; may include evenings/weekends).
