Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Sales Rep for our client in Batavia, IL. Candidates should have sales experience, especially in B2B, construction, or related industries. Candidates will work remote on Mon and Fri; will be selling in the field on Tue/Wed/Thu.

Job details:
Pay: $70 - $90k, based on experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm
Will work remote on Mon and Fri; will be selling in the field on Tue/Wed/Thu
Position Summary:
This is a dynamic sales role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, and experience in or enthusiasm for the construction industry. You'll be building relationships with equipment distributors and their contractor clients, providing product expertise, and supporting sales growth across your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow accounts across your assigned territory.
- Travel to distributor locations and job sites 3 days per week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Work remotely from a home office 2 days per week, typically Monday and Friday.
- Support customer product knowledge through training and in-person demos.
- Occasionally attend trade shows or visit manufacturer headquarters (typically fewer than 5 times annually).
Required Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (required).
- Sales experience (preferred) especially in B2B, construction, or related industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage regional sales territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with CRM software such as RepFabric or Salesforce
