Job Title: Sales Representative / Restaurant Shift Manager
Location: Port Arthur, TX (Two-Week Training in Orange, TX)
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: M-F 8am - 4pm CST

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve company standards
• Address customer concerns promptly to foster a positive guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with cash management, including drawer handling and end-of-shift reconciliations
• Support management in implementing company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset focused on solutions
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Training Requirement:
Selected candidates must be able to train for two weeks at our Orange, TX location before beginning work in Port Arthur.
