Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday

This position is ONSITE in Alpharetta, GA must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA

What does a Sales Support Analyst do?
The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for providing customer service, order entry, and ensuring timely communication with dealers and field representatives. This role also includes order management, handling inbound phone calls, and generating reports to support sales operations.

Daily Tasks:
• Enter and process sales orders in SAP system, entry of PO
• EDI - orders via EDI, error report, manual entry, on time shipping
• Entering consignment orders end of week, open order report
• Handle inbound calls from PE dealers and field representatives.
• Manage rebills, returns, transfers, and credit/debit adjustments.
• Execute and process order maintenance requests as needed.
• Provide accurate updates on programs, inventory availability, and order status.
• Serve as a liaison between the transportation department and PE dealers.
