Our client, a leading supplier in the industrial distribution sector, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join their team in Grand Prairie, TX. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers full-time, weekday hours and competitive pay starting at $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience. What You'll Be Doing:

Provide administrative, clerical, and data entry support to sales operations

Manage incoming calls, take messages, and follow up with customers and internal contacts

Enter and process purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, and shipments using proprietary software
-
Confirm shipping and billing details with vendors and customers
-
Maintain files, manage correspondence, and coordinate travel arrangements
-
Assist with internal reporting, competitive analysis, and other office support tasks
-
Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors
-
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative processes
-
2+ years of experience in a business office environment
-
Comfortable learning new systems (experience with RAZOR or purchasing systems a plus)

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong multitasking and time management skills
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, follow safety procedures, and work both independently and collaboratively
