What's a typical day as a Salesforce Trainer and Training Support? You'll be:
• Facilitating engaging Salesforce trainings using research-based education principles
• Creating supporting content such as job aids and consulting on e-learning design
• Hosting virtual office hours to answer questions and provide guidance to sales reps
• Facilitating virtual trainings for application updates and enhancements
• Attending or hosting ticket reviews and Champion feedback sessions
• Creating challenges, competitions, or appreciation events to drive adoption
• Providing backup support to the Salesforce support desk
• Communicating with the digital solutions team regarding enhancements and further trainings
• Supporting the project manager with training logistics and event planning
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are eager to learn and teach, with a passion for facilitation
• Have 5-10 years of facilitation experience
• Have 2 or more years of experience using or training Salesforce or other robust CRM
• Have experience managing projects
• Have 5 or more years of experience in sales
• Have a background in instructional design (preferred)
• Are detail-oriented and a self-starter
