Job Title: SameDay/ODL Expediter
Location: Commerce, GA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Occasional overtime/weekend work as needed
Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SameDay/ODL Expediter to join our team in Commerce, GA. In this key operations role, you will coordinate time-sensitive orders across departments to ensure accurate fulfillment, on-time shipping, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print, prepare, and distribute daily cellular production plans.
- Track and manage critical SameDay and ODL customer orders from production through shipment.
- Communicate real-time updates to Customer Service for high-priority orders.
- Process and close work orders throughout the day to maintain accurate production data.
- Generate daily work order closure reports and update production plans accordingly.
- Conduct weekly cleanup of open work orders and maintain supplier information as needed.
- Recommend and support improvements to workflow, customer delivery, and production control processes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in production coordination, order expediting, or a related role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Clear and concise communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
