Job Summary:
Think the best job opportunities are far away? Think again! Kelly® is excited to announce openings for Scanner positions at a premiere customer in Indianapolis, IN (Rockville Road). This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals ready to make an impact in warehouse operations.
Join us on 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $16.80 per hour. Overtime may be required either after shift or on Saturday. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Pay Rate: $16.80 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately capture product codes (bar codes) or other information using scanning equipment for input into computerized systems.
- Visually identify and verify key product information, then count, measure, or weigh the item and enter information into computerized systems.
- Sort scanned product items into appropriate container locations.
- Inspect the condition of products and prepare for disposition in accordance with client contract terms.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and area.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of two years' work experience in a warehouse or production job, or a combination of experience and training.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficient working knowledge of computers.
- Ability to follow standard operating and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Capable of working under time pressure and meeting production goals, including working more than 8 hours per day when needed.
- Ability to assist with other operations within the warehouse as needed.
- Competence in handling hazardous waste materials with appropriate safety measures.
