Now Hiring: Material Handler – Trimmer/Scanner Technician Location: San Jose, CA
Graveyard shift
Pay rate: $21/HR
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Material Handler – Trimmer/Scanner Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support production activities related to document scanning, prep, and quality control. Your expertise with data entry, Excel, and working in a fast-paced environment will help ensure top-quality results for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for scanning, including removing staples, jogging papers, and compiling them in correct order.
  • Perform high-quality scanning of both large and small format documents.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure documents are scanned correctly and meet requirements.
  • Use cutters and other tools as needed during document preparation.
  • Accurately enter data and maintain digital records using Excel and other software.
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities, maintaining consistent, daily attendance.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and customers.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
Experience & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience with document prepping, scanning, or quality control is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or a willingness to learn.
  • Previous work with cutters and other document-handling tools a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
