Job Title: Selector
 Location: Charlotte, NC, 28216
 Pay Rate: $20/hr
 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to accurately select, label, palletize, and deliver products for customer orders. This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities-  
Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to retrieve and transport products.
 -  
Select and label products from warehouse racking using RF (radio frequency) label technology.
 -  
Palletize products as they are selected to ensure proper stacking procedures (e.g., heavy items not placed on lighter ones, labels facing outward).
 -  
Stage completed pallets in the correct dock area for loading.
 -  
Stretch-wrap pallets on the loading dock to prepare for shipment.
 -  
Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure safe operation.
 -  
Maintain and operate all assigned equipment safely, including pallet jacks, RF units, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work rapidly and accurately to meet or exceed established production and error-rate goals.
 -  
Assist with racking system adjustments or re-racking projects as needed.
 -  
Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.

Must be 18 years or older.
 -  
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes.
 -  
Basic math and arithmetic skills required.
 -  
Physically fit to handle repetitive lifting, carrying, and moving of 40–60 lbs. throughout the shift.

Comfortable working at a steady, fast-paced rate for the entire shift.
 -  
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 -  
Ability to meet or exceed established efficiency and accuracy standards.
 -  
Previous experience operating a pallet jack or forklift preferred, but training may be provided.

Warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.

Fast-paced and deadline-driven setting requiring consistent focus and stamina.

May require overtime, including some holidays and weekends, depending on workload.
