Now Hiring: Senior Accountant (Temporary – 2 Months)
Location: Reno, NV | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Contract Position | Corporate Accounting
Payrate: $50.00 an hour

We're seeking a Senior Accountant for our Corporate Accounting Team at our Reno headquarters to support short-term needs and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do
- Recording and reconciling payroll from September 10, 2024 to current
- Performing detailed account reconciliations and journal entries
- Analyzing sales and cost accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Researching and resolving discrepancies in financial systems
- Tracking and understanding transaction flow across systems
- Supporting various tasks related to AR/AP, accruals, deposits, and general ledger entries
- Preparing and maintaining documentation and backup files
- Assisting with third-party system implementations
- Reviewing AR/AP aging reports to ensure timely payments
- Other duties as assigned to support the finance department
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience, including financial statement preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally across teams
