At Kelly®, we're seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to work at a premier global organization in Houston, TX.

Pay Rate: $30-35 (Based on expereince)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30-4:30  
Onsite position- in-office

Administrative Assistant II:
• Providing cross-functional support to Engineering team Leaders, spanning across global locations.
• Managing extensive calendars and strategically coordinating time-sensitive matters for multiple leaders.
• Arranging domestic and international business travel.
• Completing expense reports and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Maintaining distribution lists and organizational charts.
• Coordinating large group meetings and ensuring visitor access.
• Onboarding new hires and setting up office space.
• Ordering materials and supplies.
• Maintain and regularly update the Department Sharepoint page with the latest information and resources.
• Prepare and meticulously proofread presentations, correspondence, global emails, and other critical documents.
• Handling mail, faxes, shipping, and other department requirements.
• Serving as a member of the Purchasing Office Professional (POPs) team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
• Have 5+ years expereince in Administrative role under executives
• Have experience performing administrative tasks.
• Are an organized self-starter with good judgment.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong in Power Point to help with quality of presentations.
• Must be comfortable presenting information to large groups of people
• Have experience with the creation and manipulation of large spreadsheets.
• Are able to work independently and produce quality results with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Can multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet deadlines.
