What's a typical day as a Senior Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Providing executive support to the VP of R&D and the VP of Marketing, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Overseeing daily office operations and managing administrative staff within the Marketing and R&D teams, offering guidance and performance evaluations.
• Organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management, collaborating with HST Leadership administration to ensure seamless coordination.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with high levels of the organization.
• Can work independently and proactively identify solutions to complex situations, managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills and have 8+ years of experience supporting leadership staff as a Senior Administrative professional. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree or professional certification preferred.
