Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare and innovation, is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Inter-Regional Transport Excellence team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of international transportation and supply chain operations in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Type: W2 Contractor | 12-month assignment
- Pay Rate: $35/hr. (W2)

Manage the day-to-day operations of inter-regional transport lanes, ensuring product moves flawlessly across global markets.

Act as a liaison between internal teams (supply planning, distribution, manufacturing) and external freight forwarders and 3PLs.

Lead and support initiatives to improve transportation reliability, reduce costs, and streamline global lane performance.

Track KPIs, manage shipment exceptions, and escalate issues impacting delivery timelines.

Participate in vendor performance reviews and support lane implementations, launches, and service transitions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality customer service in a globally connected environment.

2+ years of hands-on experience in international transportation, logistics, or freight operations

Experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, or managing global shipments

Strong understanding of transportation systems (TMS, SAP preferred)

Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Alteryx (reading dashboards only)
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree considered with strong experience
