Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP)
On Site in Largo FL $75K-$85K  
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP) In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive the people strategy and support the achievement of business objectives through effective talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
The Sr HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting operational success, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner and advisor to operational leadership, helping design and execute talent strategies that support business goals.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Lead and support workforce planning and succession planning for both direct and indirect labor roles.
  • Monitor and manage headcount planning and reporting.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure effective HR processes, benefits programs, and systems that support employees and managers.
  • Support the recruitment, development, and engagement of HR talent across the organization.
  • Track and report HR metrics impacting operations personnel to inform business decisions.
  • Serve as a culture champion, providing an independent HR perspective and ensuring consistent communication and messaging across teams.
  • Drive performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support the research, design, and implementation of HR programs aligned with the overall HR strategy.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to ensure alignment with the broader organizational HR roadmap.
Required Skills and Competencies

Education
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a business partner or operations-supporting HR role.
  • Experience working with Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, or HR operations is preferred.
